在其85年的历史中,它的象征性人格化的视觉方面几乎没有变化。然而如今对鳄鱼 Logo 进行了更改,将注意力集中在全球生物多样性和动物权利上。但这次并不是在重塑品牌,而是为了提高人们保护濒危物种的意识。
Lacoste推出一系列限量版polo,濒临灭绝的物种取代了鳄鱼。对于每个物种,生产的衣服数量对应野外记录的动物数量,总共1775件。通过购买马球,你可以帮助IUCN和Lacoste帮助世界各地的自然保护斗争。Lacoste和BETC与IUCN的专家密切合作,定义并选择了十种受威胁的物种。其动物由Lacoste工作室设计,用于创建徽标,采用与历史悠久的鳄鱼完全相同的刺绣方法。
这10种受威胁的物种分别是:小头鼠海豚、缅甸棱背龟、北方鼬狐猴、爪哇犀牛、东部黑冠长臂猿、鸮鹦鹉、加州秃鹫、中南大羚、苏门答腊虎、阿内加达地面鬣蜥。
