Due to his rich experience in popular and trend-setting agencies, like BBH China, W+K Shanghai, W China, international 4A agencies and Legendary brand "Zippo" and "Apple" all have allowed Chen to be versatile and professional in servicing clients, film-producing, digital production, project management & following-up, creativity, art direction, design, project integral packaging to run competition, junior designers directing and management.

Chen has designed, managed and followed up over a hundred of different pieces of works, among which many have been recognized by over 200 greater china and international Awards of Creativity or Advertising like London International Awards, Oneshow, Longxi, and others.

Chen is very welcomed for his easygoingness and good-nature at work, at the same time reliability, responsibility, eager to learn new things and empathy made him the mainstay and coordinator in a team.
