Responsibilities：

   1.Act as a strong leader and owner of multiple projects; motivate and maintain momentum as you drive those projects to successful, smooth, on-time completion

   2.Communicate expectations to client and team members and manage the process from assessment and definition, concepts & creative, production and other new technical approaches

   3.Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s brand and its competitive environment

    4.Develop a strong relationship with the client and ensure they are kept in the loop with work in progress. Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions

    5.Writing proposals, writing creative treatments, pitching proposals, and oversee the creation of goals and strategy throughout project.

Requirments:

   1.3-5 years of experience in project and delivery management with a minimum of 3 years of creative agency experience in a client-facing role.

    2.TV, Digital and/or Video Production process knowledge is required 

    3.Able to analyze and distill complex information to partner teams 

    4.Able to partner with Business Leadership team members to deliver creative solutions across advertising channels 

    5.Strong team leader with a motivating work ethic 

    6.Ability to communicate effectively under high-pressure situations 

    7.High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them

    8.Able to manage multiple projects at a time

    9.Bachelor’s degree in related field required (Advertising / Multimedia)
