RESPONSIBILITIES

l  Assist in the co-ordination, writing and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. creative, production, third party specialists etc.

l  Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the overall CSR by enhancing reporting, and conducting related research, program analyses, program benchmarking

l  Help develop or maintain communication channels with governmental officials and Civil Society Organizations/Non-governmental organizations with the purpose of seeking advice about local regulations in key manufacturing countries, conducting macro and micro-level human rights and other due diligence, crafting remediation and capacity building programs;

l  Advises clients in the development of external communications strategies and write news releases, articles, editorials, publications and other written communications pieces directed to external audiences

l  Ensure that all materials get to markets on time and in the most cost efficient way

l  Ensure provision of client services are of a quality consistent with Agency standards, as judged by BD.

l  Responds to and organizes requests for media experts and speakers on a wide variety of topics

l  Maintains networks with media contacts

l  Coordinates and executes news conferences and other media events

REQUIREMENTS

l  4-6 years of experience in an international public relations or marketing agency working with international clients

l  Demonstrated excellence in delivering innovative, creative, efficient and cost effective integrated communications campaigns

l  Effective professional writing and presentation skills

l  Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Native) and English (Professional)

l  Past involvement in media and KOL program management, and a strong understanding of how public relations integrates with marketing and corporate communications.
