－ 根据创意简报，创作和构思原创且实用的概念和艺术指导。Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.

－ 以清晰、专业且具有说服力的方式在内部和外部进行宣传工作。Pitch work internally and externally in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.

－ 与相关部门紧密合作，确保有效沟通并管理团队期望。Work closely with relevant Departments to ensure effective communication and management of teams’ expectations.

－ 与客户团队紧密合作，深入了解客户的品牌，并以最大化品牌传播效果的方式管理项目。Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.

－ 发展客户关系，以支持创意工作的交付。Develop client relationships to support the delivery of the creative work.

职位要求 Requirements：

－ 在ATL领域拥有3年以上经验（有4A广告公司经验者优先）。An accomplished Art Director with 3+ years of experience in ATL field (4A Agency experience is preferred).

－ 有3C、汽车、奢侈品牌行业经验。3C experience is strongly preferred. Also, experience with auto brands or luxury brands is a plus.

－ 对设计原则和创意概念化技能有扎实的理解。Solid understanding of design principles and creative conceptualization skills.

－ 良好的沟通和表达能力。Very good communication and presentation skills.

－ 思想开放、雄心勃勃、正直诚信。An open-mind, ambitious nature, and integrity.
