工作形式: Freelance项目制(初期6个月,可续约) 

 岗位概述:寻找一位经验丰富、沟通能力出色的客户经理,负责该项目的日常客户管理与跨团队协作,确保策略、创意与执行顺畅衔接。理想人选应具备中英文双语能力,对中国数字生态有深刻理解,并能够在快节奏环境中独立推动项目进展。 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the brand's projects in China, responsible for daily communication and driving project momentum.

  • Understand and translate client briefs, coordinating with strategy, creative, and digital execution teams to ensure successful delivery of all project components.

  • Manage client expectations effectively, identify potential issues proactively, and propose viable solutions to ensure smooth project progression.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of the brand’s digital and social communication campaigns, with a focus on the WeChat ecosystem, Mini Programs, and other key digital platforms in China.

  • Take ownership of project management, including the coordination of timelines, deliverables, and budget tracking to ensure all milestones are met.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, positive client relationships, assisting in building a foundation for a long-term, strategic partnership.

Qualifications

  • Above 5 years of experience in account management within an integrated marketing, digital marketing, or advertising agency setting.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English are essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently understand client needs and lead cross-departmental collaboration to execute projects successfully.

  • In-depth familiarity with China's social media and digital ecosystem, coupled with a solid understanding of user experience (UX) design and the mechanics of the WeChat platform.

  • Prior experience working with clients in the automotive or technology industries is highly preferred.

  • Possess strong logical thinking, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent project management capabilities, with a proven ability to maintain high performance under pressure.

 

主要职责 

  • 作为品牌方中国项目的主要客户接口,负责日常沟通与项目推进; 

  • 理解并转化客户brief,协调策略、创意与数字执行团队完成交付; 

  • 管理客户预期,识别潜在问题并提出解决方案; 

  • 协助策划并推动品牌的数字与社交传播活动(包括微信生态、小程序等); 

  • 统筹项目时间表、交付内容与预算进度; 

  • 维护良好的客户关系,协助建立长期合作基础。 

 任职要求 

  • 5年以上整合营销、数字营销或广告代理公司客户管理经验; 

  • 优秀的中英文书写与口头沟通能力; 

  • 能独立理解客户需求并推动跨部门协作落地; 

  • 熟悉中国社交媒体与数字生态,对用户体验设计和微信机制有一定理解;

  • 有汽车或科技行业经验者优先; 

  • 具备良好的逻辑思维、责任心与项目管理能力,能在高压下保持执行力。
