General

·         2~5(yrs) working experience

·         Solid project experience and some medium/large project experience

·         Leadership

o    Complete task independently

o    Help junior member on their task

Technical skill

·         Can write good code by following standard

·         Program languages:

o    Familiar with PHP and another programming language like C/C++, Java, Python or other programming language

o    Rich coding experience on at PHP

·         Has fundamental knowledge of design pattern and can use some of them in project

·         Framework & tool

o    Master in one of Laravel / Syfmony / Drupal / Wordpress

o    Has some knowledge of other popular frameworks and tools in community

·         Has basic knowledge of architecture and design knowledge

Soft skills

·         English

o    Good read and listening English

o    Can communicate technical topics

·         Can proactively listen and understand others with questions

·         Can work on multiple tasks some times with good result

·         Can collaborate with team members

Process

·         Has good understanding of agile and some real experience
