1. 分析行业潮流，针对客户品牌策略，参与创意和运营的相关研讨;

Analyze the trend of the industry, take part in the development of ideas and discussion of operations according to the brand strategy of the customer;

2. 基于对社交媒体的认知，撰写既符合品牌调性又足够有趣的文案，参与社媒运营;

Based on the understanding of social media, write interesting copy in line with the brand tone, participate in the daily operation of social media;

3. 负责客户品牌微信公众号、小程序、网站等平台的内容更新和维护，参与公司 pitch、research 和 report 的制作。

Be responsible for the content update and maintenance of customer brand WeChat Official Accounts, WeChat Mini Programs, Official Websites, and other platforms, participate in the production of pitch, research, and report.

任职要求 Requirements:

1. 对文字敏感，能独立使用中英双语撰写推文、邮件、会议记录等文档，有运营微信公众号经验优先;

Good writing ability, able to independently use Chinese and English to write documents such as news, emails, meeting minutes etc. , experience in running WeChat Official Accounts is preferred;

2. 对时尚潮流及街头文化感兴趣，熟悉微信小程序、社交媒体、网站、App 等数字产品;

Interested in fashion trends and streetwear culture, familiar with WeChat Mini Programs, social media, websites, mobile apps, and other digital products;

3. 富于想象力和洞察力，熟练使用 Office 或 iWork 系列办公软件，能使用 Photoshop 等软件加分;

Full of imagination and insight, skilled in using office software like Microsoft Office or iWork series, ability to use Photoshop and other design software is preferred;

4. 有出色的表达能力，能有效地分享和交流经验，有经营独立博客优先;

Have excellent communication skills, can effectively share and exchange experience, the independent blogger is preferred;

5. 办事利落，高效率，爱玩也爱工作，较真而不矫情。

Do things neatly and effectively, work-life balance, be serious but not argumentative;

6. 全日制本科及以上学历，中文、外语、新传、信管、经管、社科等相关专业优先。

Bachelor degree or above in Chinese Literature, Foreign Languages, Journalism & Communication, Information Management, Economic Management, Social Sciences, and other related fields.
