Lead creative team, give creative guidance, and implement supervision and control. Specifically, for art, text, animation, etc.
Provide creative ideas and creative strategies for customer needs and budgets.
Be responsible for or participate in the proposal independently;
Work with creative director to coordinate internal resources and work with other departments
Monitor the quality of the team, identify problems and propose improvement suggestions.
WHO ARE YOU?
At least 8 years’ experience in advertising, with at least 4 years’ experience in digital interactive advertising;
Have independent creative thinking ability and logical thinking ability, excellent creative performance ability and copy planning ability, familiar with online public relations activities (planning, creativity, design, production, media) operation process;
Full of dedication and sense of responsibility, has rich experience in project management and proposal, unique insight, strong communication skills, have a clear goal and can meet the challenge of perseverance, provide training and guidance necessary for the sector, so it can better accomplish the task, improve work efficiency; good communication, coordination, good atmosphere to create a team;
Rich experience in the service and management of large brands and multinational companies, 4A advertising company experience is preferred.
