Job Description & Main Task
1. According to the brand tonality and client's needs, propose the correct creative strategy to achieve excellent and wonderful creative output;
2. Be able to clearly explain and express creative ideas to the clients, and be able to strategically guide clients;
3. Ensuring and supervising the quality of creative content such as content and numbers of the creative department, balancing and inspiring the creative ideas of the creative team, and helping to enhance the creative ability of the team;
4. Maintain good communication with the client and other relevant departments, organize and supervise the completion of creative works, and ensure that the composition of art and text meets the strategic and creative standards;
5. Develop a team's overall development and creative group collaboration, personal growth strategy;
6. Make creative proposals for clients and communicate creatively.
Qualification & Experience
1. 5 years and above working experience in 4A or other well-known interactive advertising companies;
2. Have the management experience of creative teams, master the creative essence of digital creativity and content creativity, and have own unique creative experience and methods;
3. Excellent communication skills and coaching skills, integrated advertising strategy and creative ability;
4. Excellent leadership skills, able to independently cultivate, build and manage teams;
5. Exuberant curiosity, keen creative thinking and continuous learning motivation to understand interactive creative techniques and trends.
