Main Responsibilities

1. Work with the Operation director and Account director to ensure jobs are created as needed

2. Define, scope, manage and deliver projects as a liaison between Account, Creatives, Operations and third party vendors (as and when applicable)

3. The PM is Client-facing for direct conversations regarding projects (deliverables, timings, scope, etc.)

4. Responsible for (working alongside the Operations and Account) defining and planning the programme of work, including internal reporting on shorter- and longer-term resource forecasts, assets timeline to ensure accuracy and clarity of projects.

5. Create project plans and guide team to meet deadline.

6. Responsible for ensuring timely, in-budget quality deliverables for projects in accordance with the agency’s goals, balancing project details with the big picture

7. Work resourcefully (both independently and in teams), knowing how to manage risks and when to escalate issues

Qualifications

1. Experience project managing about web clients (desirable)

2. Experience working with UX, user testing and external development teams (desirable)

3. Ability to converse with development team and clearly communicate requirement

4. Advertising agency (account managment)experience strongly preferred

5. Luxury/automotive advertising experience is a plus but not required

6. Excellent English oral and written communications skills

7. Adept at working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines

8. Ability to work independently and in teams

9. Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

10. Strong organisational skills

11. Proficient in Excel and MS Project

12. Be flexible for overtime working when requried
