职责描述：

1. 负责H5中动画部分的创意和制作；

2. 负责动画短片的创意和分镜头动画制作；

3. 负责视频特效以及动画合成。

1. Creative animation execution in H5;

2. Responsible for the creation of animated short films and the production of story board;

3. Responsible for video effects and animation synthesis.

任职要求：

1.精通AE及其常用插件，动态感觉流畅舒服，有成熟的motion graphic作品。

2.熟悉cinema 4d 及octane render不要求精通但必须要会。

3.具有良好的团队协作精神。

4.对自己的作品有要求，有追求，有持续学习的能力。

加分项：有成熟的c4d作品（静态或动态）建模，渲染，动画能力都可加分。

1. With good artistic skills, a profound understanding of animation movement rules, a strong sense of dynamic rhythm, can make elements or roles on LAYOUT alive! 

2. Have own ideas about opening and passing animation, skilled control over the details of dynamic effect, effective communication with creative departments such as copywriting, design, illustration and so on, and can put forward opinions or suggestions in the specific implementation process.  

3. Can independently produce animated short films, and can execute fluent frame animation, accurate grasp of the action of the characters.

4. Skillful use of C4D, AE, PRE and other related animation production software. (or can skillfully use related working software such as 3D max, maya, AE, etc.) . 3 years and above working experience is preferred
