【岗位描述】
1、与客户建立良好的人际关系。能带领团队完成大型比稿，对客户品牌及行业市场有深入的洞察，同时兼具营销方案的核心策划的制定与监督；
2、负责多个重要客户的长期管理，日常沟通，传播效果监控，能够对客户进行全面的整合，传播性思考，并重点针对互联网部分的传播策略提出见解；
3、严格控制项目的流程，有效把控客户的反馈意见，能够给予团队成员在项目执行过程中，遇到的问题，善于把握机会和危机公关；
4、主动协调部门之间项目合作，组织好策略、创意、客户三大部门间的合作，并经常进行沟通和修正提案，具备良好的影响力；
5、主要是做线上Digital ，以Campaign 为主。

【岗位要求】
1、需要有5年以上数字广告客户管理经验，必须有服务过宝洁（P&G）旗下产品或者竞品经验；
2、对于品牌传播项目策划有清晰的逻辑和思考能力，对互动营销及数字媒体高度敏感及兴趣；
3、良好的沟通和提案能力；能用英语与客户日常沟通提案；
4、热爱挑战，具有创新、激情以及创造性的视野，能适应快速变化的环境。
