Drcom是一个集开发、创造和生命科学机构,帮助跨国企业客户提供高端通信解决方案(主要是医药,医疗设备、营养、化妆品)。

我们的主要业务是整合营销,但我们是特色是从事数字产品,数据分析和见解生成。

 职责概要

•汇报给创意总监,负责广告和直接营销方案的所有数字媒体提供创意概念。

•作为创意的一部分,与客户经理和医疗团队合作,更好地理解项目目标和寻找机会,提炼核心传播信息,整合新的创意方向,确定一个活动内容,标语的声调等 。

 责任

•创造优秀的内容(文章,视频脚本,标语等),丰富我们的创意和打动我们的客户。

•将客户的需求、战略方向和科学内容转化成具有创造性和强大的信息,用你的天赋来表达数字通信的未来。

•利用你独特的个性,为不同的客户建立真正独特的开发。

•创造符合规定的内容(包括药物)和遵守国家的法律约束,医疗的具体规定和广告实践,尊重版权代码。

•确保传递的内容和品牌的一致性。

•执行广泛的通信解决方案(社交媒体、网站、互动销售工具、打印、视频等)。

•向客户提交解决方案。

•不断学习/研究/更新新的趋势,并有助于与团队分享知识。

DrCom is a fully integrated agency, developing, creating and delivering high-end communication solutions to multinational clients in life science (mainly pharmaceutical, but also medical device, nutrition, cosmetics).

We act on the whole spectrum of multichannel marketing, but we are specialized in digital products, which allow data analysis and insights generation.

We help companies to improve their communication strategy, to create stronger campaigns, contents and digital initiatives.

 Job description Summary

The Junior Copywriter reports to the Creative Director and is responsible for providing copy and creative concepts for advertising and direct marketing programs across all digital mediums.

He takes part in brainstorms with the Creative, Strategy, Account and Medical team, to better understand project objectives and look for opportunities to refine core communication messages, integrate new creative directions, define the tone of voice of a campaign, compose slogans, etc.

 

Responsibilities

·         Generate the outstanding words (articles, video scripts, slogans, etc.) that populate our campaigns and blow our client’s mind.

·         Transform the clients’ requirements, strategic direction and scientific content into inventive and powerful messages, using your talent to voice out the future of digital communication

·         Use your unique personality to build truly unique end-to-end copy development for multiple client assignments, prioritizing writing efforts.

·         Write truthful content (including medically) and comply with the country’s legal constrains, healthcare specific regulations and codes of advertising practice such as not overpromising or respecting copyrights.

·         Ensure brand consistency in matters of tone and message delivered across client’s initiatives

·         Perform in a broad spectrum of communication solutions (social media, websites, interactive sales tools, print, video, etc.).

·         Present copy treatment intentions to clients

·         Constantly learn/research/update new trends and contribute to share knowledge with the team.

Required skills

·         Background and experience in copywriting, of course.

·         Comfortable in English communication for internal discussions, although Chinese will be the main execution language.

·         Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills. Photoshop will be an obvious plus.

·         The ability to come up with highly engaging communications in partnership with the Creative Director and Strategy Director. Our ship runs only with teamwork.

·         Understanding of branding.

·         Ability to follow-up on a project execution, from concept through production, within brand guidelines, in multiple media, digital or paper based.

·         Loves playing with words and has been frequently updating blogs, writing novels, poems, etc.
