Role:

• We are hiring an Account Executive to support the retainer service for one of the leading sports brands. 

• You will be mainly supporting Account Manager‘s work to make sure the retainer service is going on at a healthy pace. 

• Support the team on day-to-day communication with clients

• Support the team on day-to-day communication with the internal team for content creation. 

• Be able to manage brand assets,  to download brands assets in time and store in company drive with proper filing and share with the team

• Support the team for reporting and other administrative work

Requirements

• Have strong communication skills

• Be able to react fast to changes and undertake certain level of pressure

• Result driven, be able to deliver the work with team KPI taking into consideration

• Have a strong sense of the sports industry, be able to understand the tone & manner of the brand.

• Fluent in Chinese, English is strongly preferred.

Work Experience:

• Preferably to have work experience in advertising agency, internship counts

Education: 

• University graduate or above
