工作地址：上海市徐汇区漕溪北路45号 BASE大厦9F（地铁徐家汇站出站步行不超过5分钟，交通便利）

【Work Scope】

1) Brainstorm, concept and collaborate on overall campaign ideas with creative team

2) Set and lead overall creative direction across all disciplines to execute concepts

3) Proactively identify and resolves issues

4) Present effectively and concisely directly to clients

5) Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables and expertly crafted design that is in compliance with client style guides and standards

6) Always present work to CD/ECD before all internal meetings and client presentations

7) Actively work to train others

8) Ensure that all work is in compliance with client style guides and graphic standards

9) Responsible for representing and communicating AKQA’s creative and business philosophy, methodology and capabilities to current and potential clients, as well as across all departments

10) Stay aware of current design trends and industry innovations

11) Serve as mentor, inspire and lead peers within creative department

【Main Expectation】

1) 7+ years experience in relevant fields

2) Exceptional portfolio

3) Strong background in one or more of the creative disciplines (design, art direction, interaction design, copywriting, motion graphics, creative development)

4) Outstanding creative ability, strong concept development 

5) Ability to lead a team across all creative disciplines

6) Ability to identify creative methods to arrive at solutions

7) Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

8) Team oriented, self-motivated

9) Understand the principles and process of web development

10) Display professional, articulate, and mature presence in all aspects of team and client relationship building

11) Must be able to direct photographers, illustrators, producers, sound designers,directors and outside vendors as needed
