Responsibilities:
Extracting key observations from syndicated and client research and assisting with powerful primary research (and intelligence gathering techniques) where necessary
Distilling differentiated insights that can inspire creative and lead to innovative, exciting, conversation platforms
Collaborating with other team members to translate marketing strategy into exceptional consumer experiences
Play a part in devising strategic thinking and action and be a champion for this thinking internally as well as with the client
Ability to formulate, nurture and debate a point of view
Understand the nuances surrounding pop culture and human behavior and channel them into both the creative’ and business planning process
Simplify and create understanding around the real issues be they cultural, consumer, category, channel or business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Above
5-7 years of marketing services and advertising agency experience in a strategic role
Strong digital and branding strategy skills and a mind for analytics
Outstanding oral and written storytelling skills as well as presentation skills
Ability to think abstractly, spotting trends and patterns
An innate curiosity and insight into human behavior, a marked interest in pop culture, and a nuanced understanding of creative work are critical
Interest in advertising as a business
Bilingual in Chinese and English
