Key Responsibilities

• Ownership and lead of accounts and responsibility for the long-term development plan

• Working closely and guiding strategy, creative and production teams

• Managing and nurturing senio  client relationships

• Responsible for the growth and development of your teams

• Exhibits enthusiasm for clients’ business and industry. Maintains leading-edge knowledge of client's business and industry.

 Experience and Skills:

• Experience with TTL communications, especially with landing big ideas through digital and offline experiences.

• Ability to craft briefs, for a clear, persuasive briefing to creative teams – continuing to drive the direction of the work throughout the development process.

• Familiarity with the digital environment in China, eager on the latest trends.

• ·Ingenuity is a very important aspect, to think different and drive solutions.

•  Strong presentation skills and care for details.

• Big picture and forward thinking.

• Solid understanding of managing project financials, including oversight of project budget tracking, tracking profitability as well as anticipation for accurate billing schedules.
