RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Capable of doing desktop research on gathering information and insights on brands, conduct social listening and use other interactive mediums to identify, discover, rationalize and translate insights into strategic inputs for a compelling story.

·       Be able to participate in basic research and interviews with consumers and help to formulate discussion guides

·       Is a keen learner, a willing adapter of suggestions and a congenial team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (should have a workable knowledge and practice spoken/written English)

·       Is innovative & courageous to try out new ideas that help to bring the truth to light with a respect for timeline

·       Versatility with new age media to explore digital connections for consumers

REQUIRMENTS

·       Preferably with an agency medical background (1 to 2 years of experience) accounts/planning/marketing.

·       Candidates from brand agency, PR or Market Research can also apply.

·       A experience of working in major markets in China

·       A degree in marketing/management will be a bonus.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Proficient in developing presentations.

·       Considerable knowledge of new age digital platforms will be welcome.  

·       Project Engagement: Engage actively in projects by fulfilling individual responsibility and helping the entire team with knowledge management. To be able to conduct assignments that may be delegated from time to time within timelines.

·       Team Management: Organize and plan to help teams achieve goals in strategic planning, thought leadership, execution of workshops, market research and other relevant responsibilities.

·       Strategy & Culture: Follow the collaborative culture to help develop a strong team of strategists. To integrate the culture of collaboration for cross functional excellence in executing projects.

·       Other duties as assigned.
