• 牢牢掌握动画驱动的设计工作，以定义交互、层次结构和视觉模式。确保所有数字接触点的用户旅程和交互协调一致。

• 通过设计帮助创建和发展我们客户品牌的视觉语言。

• 对于某些项目，您可以设置样式；对于某些项目，您可以设置样式。对于其他人来说，您可以帮助保护预定义的样式。

• 利用以用户为中心的思维和强烈的审美敏感性来推动创造性挑战。

• 在快节奏的环境中与多个跨职能团队协作。

• 您是一名技术精湛的设计师，拥有 3 年以上数字设计和广告行业的经验。

• 审美是你的基本功，但我们希望你不单眼高，手更强。

• 正如您的作品集所示，您精通 Adobe、Figma 和 Sketch 知识。

• 与本地和世界各地的客户和同事合作，您还需要具备强大的沟通和演示技巧以及面对客户的经验。

• 您拥有设计过程的所有阶段的经验，从概念化品牌风格到最终确定布局以及跨格式和市场推出设计。

• 您对如何针对中国快节奏、不断变化的数字环境进行设计有深入的了解，并且热衷于跟上最新的趋势和发展。

• 需要中文流利，精通英语是一个巨大的优势。

In this role you will:

• Specialize in designing everything from logos, to platforms, to social posts, to KV’s to an entire brand visualizations across multiple touch points.

• Run and manage your own workstream. 

• Think beyond the creative brief to push outside of expectations offering new angles, best practices and practical solutions — guaranteeing projects meet and exceed our standards across design, animation, and creativity. 

• Maintain a firm grasp on animation driven design work to define interactions, hierarchies, and visual patterns. Ensuring user journeys and interactions are in harmony across all digital touchpoints.

• Help create and evolve the visual language of our client brands through design.

• For some projects, you set the style; for others, you help safeguard predefined styles.

• Utilize user-centric thinking and a strong aesthetic sensibility to drive creative challenges forward. 

• Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Key contributor of concepts and problem solving across multiple projects.

• Style proposals, approaches, decks and mockups to kickstart new projects and win pitches.

• Come without ego, respect one another and chase greatness together. 

Minimum Requirements:

• You’re a technically skilled designer with 3+ years of experience as a designer, crafting digital designs and advertising materials.

• As showcased in your portfolio, your Adobe, Figma and Sketch knowledge is well-versed. 

• Working with clients and colleagues both locally and around the world, you also need to have strong communication & presentation skills, and client facing experience.

• You have experience with all stages of the design process, from conceptualizing branding styles to finalizing layouts and rolling out designs across formats and markets.

• You have a deep understanding of how to design for China’s fast paced, ever-changing digital landscape and a passion to keep up with the latest trends and developments.

• Chinese required - proficient English a huge plus.
