Content Manager, Content Hub

Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative digital company Media.Monks, is looking for a Content Manager. You’ll join our Content Hub production team working on the flawless delivery of content. Our Content Hub is responsible for the at-scale delivery of assets, covering video, photo, social, ecommerce, retail and more. Your responsibility is to make sure that all the content the team produces is accurate, meeting all standards (QA), structured, organized, tagged and searchable in the digital asset management systems. 

Responsibilities

• Making sure that all the content the Content Hub produces is accurate, meeting all standards (Quality Assurance), structured, organized, tagged and searchable in the digital asset management systems. 

• Supporting the Content Hub production team for any production related tasks

• Working closely with our internal teams as well as our global/regional Hubs

Requirements

• High attention to detail, precise and accurate delivery of work

• Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English (both required)

• 2+ years of experience in production, agency, media, etc

• Experience with digital asset management (DAM) preferred

• Experience in asset at scale production preferred
