创意副总监 Associate Creative Director (art-based)

Role：

Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative company media.monks, is looking for a art-based Associate Creative Director to create integrated creative campaign concepts. You understand Chinese youth audiences, digital and social trends, and inspire our clients with smart creativity. You thrive in a digital creative agency where you get your hands dirty and stretch far to make work that is remembered beyond today.

 Responsibilities：

• Create integrated creative concept decks across IMC, social, digital, film and experiential

• Pitch, present and sell integrated campaign concepts to senior clients

• Set the visual direction and craft pixel perfect visuals 

 Skills：

• Creative concept development skills

• Chinese social landscape understanding

• Chinese youth audience understanding

• TVC and KV concepting skills

• Digital and social concepting skills

• Visual crafting skills

• Presentation and selling skills

 Qualifications：

• Have worked at least 8 years in art and concept roles in creative agencies

• Have worked at least 5 years in mainland China

• Have successfully managed teams of creatives before

• Have a portfolio that shows mastery of each of the skills listed above

• Have fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both required)
