Media.Monks is looking for a highly-talented and well-connected Growth Director to accelerate its growth in China. The Growth Director is responsible for driving new digital experience opportunities for the world’s best brands. The role requires a commercial drive, in-depth understanding of digital experiences and being well-connected to decision makers at global and local brands.
Responsibilities:
You out-pitch, out-position, out-play and out-procure, using your in-depth understanding of digital experiences, relationships with C-level executives in China, commercial drive and a desire to win.
Ultimately, and most importantly, the success for this role is defined by achievingrevenue growth targets.
To set and achieve your targets, you create the growth strategy for China, identify high value prospects and drive new business.
You collaborate with our teams in China, regionally and globally to sell in digital experience and production projects spanning digital platforms (UX/UI/Dev),
experiential (immersive/retail/installations), interactive (AR/VR/XR/AI) and the connection of it all (CDJ/XD/Data).
You lead pitches from first contact to contract signed, and beyond, and maintain a strong relationship with the prospects throughout this process by engaging in consultative selling to C-level executives.
You drive initiatives that expand our influence among decision makers, engaging C-level executives with inspiration, knowledge and access to subject matter experts.
You collaborate closely with our marketing & PR team to get the right message across in the industry, and capitalize on new business opportunities that come in.
You drive partnerships with complimentary service providers and industry players to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
Significant work experience within commercial, growth, business development or senior client-facing roles in China.
Significant work experience within the digital, marketing, experiential or innovation agencies and consultancies in China. Client-side experience is a plus.
Strong existing network among C-level and China-based decision makers of global Fortune 500 and Chinese brands.
In-depth understanding of digital experiences, such as digital platforms (UX/UI/Dev), experiential (immersive/retail/installations), interactive (AR/VR/XR/AI) and the connection of it all (CDJ/XD/Data).
Ability to build exceptional proposals and deliver these with strong presentation, persuasion and communication skills
Ability to work in both English and Chinese on a professional level

要求:
在中国区域的商业拓展、业务增长和发展或面向高端客户,有丰富的工作经验。
在中国的数字、营销、体验或创新机构和咨询机构拥有丰富的工作经验。有客户端经验者优先。
与全球财富 500 强和中国品牌的高级管理层和决策者之间拥有强大的人际网络。
深入理解数字体验,例如数字平台(UX/UI/Dev)、体验式(沉浸式/零售/安装)、交互(AR/VR/XR/AI)及相关产品(CDJ/XD/数据)。
能够制定出色的提案并拥有极具感染力的演讲力、说服力和沟通技巧,交付提案。
具备专业水平的中英文工作能力。
