Account Director-客户总监（Auto/Lifestyle）

职责描述： 

• Develop scope of work, quotations, timelines and other project documentation

• Work with planning team to provide strategic input on research objectives 

• Oversee project progress, and can provide strategic  feedback  to clients’ feedback and offer better agency solution 

• Lead briefing/debriefing/internal reviews and ensure deliverables on-brand, on-time and on-brief 

• Lead presentations to client • Manage financials including cost estimates, quotations, payments and etc. 

• Build and maintain relationship with middle/senior level client 

• Lead and guide the account team, anticipate issues/conflicts and resolve 

 任职要求： 

• Ability to support the management team to maintain the existing accounts and revenue generation 

• Ability to lead and oversee PR/IMC/Digital Campaign independently （汽车方向：PR retainer；Lifestyle方向：Digital/IMC） 

• Ability to maintain relationship with middle/senior level clients 

• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and Mandrain 

• Strong presentation skills strong convincing skills 

• Ability to lead and manage a team with 2-3 staff
