Key Responsibilities
· Establish, maintain and cultivate the company/client relationship.
· Review and evaluation of quality of all major deliveries, from consumer study, brand/campaign strategy, creative briefing, creative idea, integrated communication plan etc.
· Understand client business and help clients to reach their objectives.
· Keep up to date with new Beauty trends, technologies, rapidly evolving cultural and social trends to ensure our clients benefit from ideas relevant to the target audience and inspire creative output.
· Work closely with the creative team to grow existing business organically by exceeding clients’ expectations.
· Work closely with the creative team to contribute ideas, bring in creative work with pop culture.
· Spearhead the operationalization of the One-L’Oréal team by partnering with client to identify opportunities within the L’Oréal group for localized activations that require McCann’s strengths in creativity tied to digital local relevance.
· Keeper of brand equity, agency reputation and credibility. Pro-actively identify opportunities to establish and extend the reputation of the One-L’Oréal Team at McCann, by tapping into the L’Oréal client network and also McCann PR team.
· Lead and connect all agencies (media, digital, social media etc.) involved in an integrated campaign to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
· Assign team priorities and manages resources as team coach, ensure the team’s work flow process are in place.
· Engage with and train the junior team members.
