Main Responsibilities

•       Assist handling post production for all print jobs for beauty team, from scheduling, quoting, retouching and color proof up to final material deliver

•       Support product print shoot from bidding, shooting and up to final material deliver

•       Scheduling for daily post production work for print and video between creative and vendors

•       Communicate with vendors and quality control to ensure high quality of work can be delivered on time

•       Communicate with creative and account team to ensure production process is in place and also manage internal and client expectation

•       Participate in video production from briefing, bidding, shooting and up to final delivery

•       Keep track on the financial status of all print jobs, internally with company finance and externally with vendors, ensure vendors bill the company on time.

•       Handle Print usage rights request from other countries with account team

•       Continually develop & maintain good relationships with suppliers

•       Assist in exploring new vendors for production and post production

•       Translate the retouching brief for foreign vendors

•       Assist vendor set up under company system

•       Assist in billing as needed on all production jobs

•       Well organized; with the ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills

•       Active thinking, good communication skills, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility

•       Good written/oral English

•       With shooting experience
