A Senior Account Executive at Ruder Finn will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the public relations industry and be skilled in traditional media relations and social media communications. He/she will be expected to manage a minimum of two retainer client relationships with minimal guidance and play a more active role in supporting new business. 

罗德传播集团的资深客户主任需要拥有至少两年的公关行业经验，并熟悉掌握传统媒体和社交媒体传播。他/她将独立负责至少两个客户品牌，并积极支持团队的新业务拓展。

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 Managing a client portfolio consists of clients on a day-to-day basis, responsible for all-round communication/PR planning, campaign executions, optimizing and implementation for assigned accounts to meet even exceed clients’ communication objectives;

 Ensure quality content/paperwork development such as briefing book, release, speech, report, social copy etc;

 Building and maintaining good relationships with relevant media/KOLs, to explore exposure opportunities for clients;

 Act as a coach and mentor to junior team members to deliver quality execution of client programs;

 Providing support in new business pitches.

核心职能：

 负责客户的传播项目规划，能够根据传播策略与传播方向制定执行规划与具体执行计划，确保客户品牌营销传播高效执行；

 独立交付高质量的公关内容/文案工作产出，包括但不限于策划案，新闻稿，产品稿，以及新媒体文案；

 与客户相关行业的媒体/KOL建立并保持良好的关系，及时准确地向目标媒体传达客户需求，保障传播计划顺利进行；

 能带领团队，激励和引导团队高质量完成工作；

 支持团队的新业务拓展。

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

 At least two years of integrated communications or PR experience in communication agencies, consumer communication background is prioirity;

 Strong media/KOL relations and bilingual content development capability;

 Practical experience in leading/managing project timeline and budget to ensure quality delivery independently with minimum supervision;

 Great communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English, enjoying working with internal/external team;

 Passionate and has can-do attitude.

岗位需求：

 本科以上，至少两年在国际4A公关公司的公关传播经验，产品传播经验背景优先;

 有一定的媒体和KOL资源，具备中英文双语的内容产出能力;

 具备独立执行项目的经验，需具备项目时间节点和成本把控的实践经验;

 良好的沟通和人际交往能力和团队合作;

 充满激情，有进取心。
