Role:
Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative company media.monks, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll drive our recruitment efforts in China, and help us attract the best talents in the market.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting the best digital and creative talent in the Chinese market.
2. Partner with hiring managers to identify and build out staffing needs and strategies.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
4. Have deep understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing.
5. Inform company’s strategic direction from knowledge of the talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.)
6. Track key performance metrics
Requirements:
1. 6+ years of recruiting experience in the advertising industry in China
2. An expert level of knowledge in all recruiting components
3. Have a well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively
4. Bi-lingual English and Chinese
