Position: Manager/Senior Manager (Integrated Health)
Location: Shanghai

Reporting line: Vice President, Health

Subordinates: 1 team member+1 intern

Responsibilities:

-        Responsible for the achievement of the target in the assigned territory.

-        New business development:

-        Undertake systematic and well-paced prospecting activity to identify new prospects, coordinate pitching process including proposal development to achieve NBD target.

-        Develop presentations and proposals with industry know-how of micro/Macro insight

-        Interprets data into follow up actions and a strong point of view

-        Existing client management:

-        Development and maintain long-term cooperation relationship with key accounts in the territory. Identify and develop organic business development opportunities, proactively address client needs, provide strategic consultation, formulate appropriate plans, gain client approval and implement to achieve agreed objectives within agreed budgets.

-        Craft formal and persuasive emails to clients and be reliable client contact window

-        Brief and collaborate with internal supporting teams to write proposal, client presentation and execution

-        English in daily account management (Oral & E-mail)

-        Lead project independently in fast changing and dynamic environment

-        Meet client's deadlines and their expectations on deliverables.

Requirements:

-        At least 5 years healthcare communication agency experience.

-        Experience in international advertising agencies preferred.

-        Pharma marketing experience will be a plus.

-        At least 3 years’ experience worked with MNC pharmaceutical companies. People who worked with local pharmaceutical company will be preferred.

-        Digital experience is preferred.

-        An open-minded fast learner with curiosity and passion

-        A team player and good communicator who can collaborate internal/external resource

-        An efficient problem solver
