客户执行Account Executive

Role

Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative company media.monks, is looking for a Account Executive. You’ll join our client service team and help drive the growth of our key clients. Working closely with the client and as well as internal teams, you deliver growth through building trust with your clients, by meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with clients, vendors and the internal team

• Organization and understanding of client feedback

• Managing the administration of projects

• Generating accurate reports and time schedules

• Assisting team members on proof-reading, translation, research, analysis, etc.

Skills

• Ability to multi-task, plan and self-organize your work

• Ability to communicate and coordinate flawlessly with many parties in English and Chinese

Requirements

• Have worked at least 1 years in a creative / digital / social / performance marketing agency before

• Bi-lingual in English and Chinese

• Have studied abroad (preferred)
