职位描述 Job Description
· Responsible for the day to day management of accounts (including workflow, quality control, budget control & invoicing)
· Coordinate and manage internal and external client meetings
· Prepare detailed project briefs and debriefs for the strategy and creative teams
· Understand, lead and/or manage account development and growth opportunities for upselling our services
· Effectively manage internal resources against client and company objectives and budgets
· Ensure optimal project processes for the client and the agency, regarding both content and profitability
· Preparing and taking part in client appointments, meetings and write meeting minutes
· Preparing and managing internal meetings, coordinating and monitoring resources
· Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines and presentations for clients and assist in pitches
· Provide project forecasting and invoicing to the Finance dept.
· Apply understanding of client objectives, marketing and branding principles, available data and our service portfolios to develop direct branding recommendations to Clients
· Develop and manage project roadmaps against monthly account forecasts
· Advise billing status to finance department
· Support debt collection efforts
· Actively participate in client presentations
· Penetrate the accounts: build up relationships within the client organization at all levels
· Working with Directors to implement new ways of working that allow the Company to deliver quality work in a cost efficient manner
· Coach and bring best practice in account service skills to the junior members of the Client Service team
· Expanding contacts throughout the client's organization.
Other responsibilities:
· Perform duties as assigned by the Managing Director or any other Senior member of the team.
· Assist team members as needed.
