Reporting to: VP of Sales
About the Company and the Role
The successful Sales Operations Executive candidate will play a critical role supporting the sales team in developing new business for the company. Success in this role will lead to advancement opportunities in the sales team.
Responsibilities

Support sales team creating and managing sales funnel, target lists, and outreach processes
给予销售团队工作支持，辅助销售管理工作、创建及管理目标客户名单、协助销售推广过程 -
Collect market data and identify qualified prospects based on agreed criteria
收集市场数据信息，根据公司标准确定具有发展前景的合作对象 -
Involve and contribute in client discussion, projects initiative and proposal development and preparation.
参与客户沟通工作，协调项目进程，提案开发与准备工作 -
Assist sales leaders in projects execution management as in internal liaison across function
协助上级进行项目执行管理工作，与公司各个部门进行内部沟通 - Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
-
High-energy, dynamic individual with the ability to work within a fast paced, collaborative environment
对工作具有高度热情，能在快节奏的工作环境下独立完成工作 -
Bachelor degree or above, and experience in Media would be a plus
大学本科学历及以上，具有在媒体行业工作经验者优先 -
Native Chinese speaking / writing, and strong written / spoken English
中文沟通能力，熟练英语口语及书写能力 -
Candidate must have desire to learn, a hard working attitude, and demonstrated talent within a sales environment
具有较强学习能力，认真刻苦的工作态度，乐于在销售团队中施展能力
