工作职责

支持和配合公司管理层，负责公司重大的业务拓展和增长项目

策略策划核心成员，带领团队和项目组，协调公司内外部资源资源完成比稿项目

承接战略和成长型客户的策略策划工作，支持项目组获得生意的增长

参与和支持公司的战略发展和创新项目拓展

对市场、生意、消费者、媒体环境的全面理解和洞察

与创意团队合作提供策略指导，产出整合营销创意

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Work with management team on business development and growth

As key member, lead the team and project task force, integrate internal and external resources to deliver major pitch projects

Participate in agency’s strategic projects and new business development projects.

Manage strategic and growing clients, support the team to drive business growth

Provide deep insights in market, business, consumer and media environment

Collaborate with creative team and provide strategic guidance for IMC ideation

资质要求

大学本科以上学历，MBA优先

8年以上行业策略策划/业务管理经验

对生意的敏感和成功的渴望

对新事物具有强敏感度，喜欢学习新东西

乐观积极的心态和对风险的容忍

需具备高合作协调能力和沟通能力

熟练的中英文双语工作能力

熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件

QUALIFICATIONS

University education and above, MBA preferred

At least 8 years’ industry experience in strategic planning/business management

Business acumen and lust for success

Follow new trends, keen learner, strong curiosity

Optimistic, upbeat, and tolerance of risk

Strong team work, collaboration and communication skills

Proficiency in bilingual working capability

Proficiency in office tools e.g. PowerPoint, Excel
