Client: Global FMCG

Main Responsibilities

Take in charge of projects and plans to make sure deliverables align with objectives and within schedule/budget

Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients/internal team

Conduct daily communication and information update to client

Update and distribute contact reports, weekly reports, monthly reports

Responsible for Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Research on new market trends to incorporate into planning

Manage process of purchase orders and financial processes

Capabilities

Fresh graduate for AE and at least 1yr working experience for SAE

Multi-task with well organized ability

Highly-collaborative with good project organizational skill

Proficient in both Chinese and English, written and spoken

Keep an eye on social trend/platform of FMCG and open to share within the team from time to time

Proactive, take initiative to the projects lead

Bachelor’s Degree of above.
