Role
We’re looking for a copy-based Creative Director to create integrated creative campaign concepts. You understand Chinese youth audiences, digital and social trends, and inspire our clients with smart creativity. You set the standard for copywriting in the agency and manage the copy team. You thrive in a boutique creative agency where you get your hands dirty and stretch far to make work that is remembered beyond today.
Responsibilities
· Create integrated creative campaign concepts
· Sell integrated campaign concepts to senior clients
· Set the standard for copywriting in the agency and deliver flawless copy
· Manage, inspire and grow the copy team
Skills
· Creative concept development skills
· Chinese social landscape understanding
· Chinese youth audience understanding
· TVC and KV concepting and script writing skills
· Digital and social concepting skills
· Copy crafting skills (Chinese)
· Presentation and selling skills
· Leadership skills

Qualifications
· Have worked at least 10 years in copy and concept roles in creative agencies
· Have worked at least 5 years in mainland China
· Have successfully managed teams of copywriters before
· Have a portfolio that shows mastery of each of the skills listed above
· Have fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both required)
