JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Responsible for the quality & thoroughness of the agency’s work for the individual client at a macro level

·         Looks beyond the day-to-day needs of an account to ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue

·         Maximizing opportunities to add value to client’s business by offering new and innovative business solutions

·         Achievement of profit objectives for the individual client consistent with profit plans for the office and company and driving the business to look for new business opportunities

·         Manage, develop & proper staffing on the account team to meet the needs of the client and agency

·         Building and maintaining a sense of commitment, enthusiasm and responsibility among members of both the account team

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

·         5+ years of professional experience in Advertising.

·         Facilitation, presentation and writing skills

·         Solution-oriented, assertive and resilient.

·         Readiness for personal responsibility.

·         Has and entrepreneurial thinking credibility to “go against the grain” when necessary and challenge the current thinking.
