Responsibility:
As the Senior Account Director, you will be a key point of contact on your accounts and will be responsible for managing client relationships and lead engagements and projects. You will work with consulting and production teams to translate client business objectives into measurable marketing strategies, plans and tactics.
Develop and execute Digital Business growth plans, leading the company into exciting interactive marketing opportunities in e-commerce campaigns, websites, videos, banners, mobile applications and social media initiatives;
Lead strategic growth and expand revenue generation with existing clients; Strategically pitch new business opportunities & win new clients;
Recommend and help structure lucrative partnership opportunities that deliver end-to-end service value for clients and revenue growth for the company. Proven account management experience with strong digital strategic marketing planning and implementation skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker. You must be a digital diehard—familiar with existing and emerging digital marketing. You will be confident and be comfortable presenting to clients on a regular basis, be a strong team player whose opinion is valued and respected by creative team and consultant team at the agency, and by clients in digital marketing areas.
You will have:
Excellent client relationship, communications, organization and consultative sales skills
Strong understanding of digital, Ecommerce practices and concepts
6+ years of digital experience in 4A agencies, familiar with China digital marketing;
Strong familiarity with Digital Business/Marketing practices in China together with knowledge of domestic digital business landscape & major players;
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams; with budget, schedule and resource constraints;
Experience in or solid understanding of Client Relationship Management, Content Management, Analytics, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM Website Buildiing and Internet Technologies;
Strong cross-functional understanding and cross-cultural sensitivities;
