Lead the end-to-end content development process for China’s social platforms—from planning and ideation
through design, production, and final implementation. This includes managing multiple content workflows
simultaneously, setting clear expectations with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all projects are
delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard.
Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in content planning and management, influencer strategy, and social
media marketing within China—ideally within a digital agency or international brand.
• Deep expertise in Douyin and other short-form video platforms such as renote, with strong knowledge
of platform algorithms, user behavior, and content formats.
• Demonstrated success in KOL/KOC collaborations across multiple verticals (lifestyle, tech, culture).
• Strong creative instinct and visual storytelling ability tailored to Gen Z sensibilities and trends.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and independently, with excellent judgment and a high level
of ownership.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in fast-paced, deadline-driven
environments.
• Comfortable working across global and local teams, navigating cultural nuances while delivering
consistent brand messaging
