Job Description:

1. 根据创意简报，构思并打造兼具原创性与实用性的创意方案及美术指导方向。Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.

2. 以清晰、专业且具有说服力的方式，完成对内及对外的创意方案提案工作。Pitch work internally and externally in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.

3. 与相关部门紧密协作，确保沟通顺畅，同时合理把控团队的预期。Work closely with relevant Departments to ensure effective communication and management of teams' expectations.

4. 配合客户团队，深入理解客户品牌理念，以最大化呈现品牌价值为目标开展项目管理工作。Work with Account Teams to understand the clients' brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.

5. 维护并深化客户关系，为创意成果的落地执行提供支持。Develop client relationships to support the delivery of the creative work.

Requirements:

1. 具备资深美术指导专业能力，拥有 5 年以上线上广告领域工作经验。An accomplished Art Director with 5+ years of experience in ATL field.

2. 扎实掌握设计原理，具备优秀的创意构思能力。Solid understanding of design principles and creative conceptualization skills.

3. 具备出色的沟通表达与提案演示能力。Very good communication and presentation skills.

4. 思维开放、事业心强，且品行端正、诚实守信。An open-mind, ambitious nature, and integrity.
