Job Requirements:

- 2年以上项目负责人经验，能够独立撰写方案演示文稿、向客户提案并处理反馈意见。 2+ years experience heading project - write decks, present to clients and handle feedback independently. 

- 1年以上初级策略人员管理经验。1+ year experience managing junior planners.

- 6 年以上创意广告公司策划岗位从业经验。6+ years total experience as a planner in creative agencies.

- 具备英文读写能力，必须拥有全渠道营销活动策划经验。Must be able to read and write in English, 360 campaign planning experience is required. 

- 拥有运动、快消、生活方式类品牌策划经验者优先。Experience in SPORTS/ FMCG/ LIFESTYLE category is a huge plus.

- 具备出色的叙事能力，拥有鲜明且清晰的观点立场。Excellent storytelling skills, strong and clear POVs.

- 擅长运用数据开展工作，且能精准理解客户的业务需求。Comfortable working with data and understanding the client's business needs.

- 学习能力强，乐于迎接全新挑战。Learns quickly and enjoys facing new challenges.

- 乐于与创意团队紧密协作。Enjoys working closely with creatives.
