Media.Monks中国正在寻找一位战略总监,ta将领导我们的战略团队,以远见和热情来制定有效的品牌、传播、数字和内容战略。我们正在寻找能够确定品牌在数字领域应采取的战略方向的人,在中国和全球的汽车、科技、游戏和体育品牌领域工作。

角色和职责

  • 您将领导一支由成功的高级、中级和初级战略家组成的团队。

  • 您将为战略团队每天设定方向和优先事项。

  • 您将与该地区的其他战略团队联络并建立最佳实践,特别是与我们的新加坡办事处以及我们在世界各地的能力专家密切合作。

岗位要求

  • 拥有 12 年以上代表知名品牌制定专注于中国和全球市场战略的经验。

  • 您在新项目的比稿过程中成功发挥了核心作用,并取得了良好的比稿胜率。

  • 您在战略性发展现有客户方面拥有良好的记录。

  • 您在品牌、传播、数字和社交战略方面拥有丰富的工作经验。

  • 您可以快速掌握品牌和数字业务目标以及如何为我们的客户带来增长。您不仅知道要去哪里,还知道为什么以及如何到达那里。

  • 您有能力向A级客户乃至 C 级客户展示和销售策略。

  • 深入的汽车行业经验是必须具备的,而技术、游戏和生活方式行业的经验会非常加分。

  • 您与客户和同事可以融洽相处,并且知道如何激励团队加倍努力。

Media.Monks China is looking for a Strategy Director who leads our team of strategists with vision and passion to develop effective brand, comms, digital and content strategies. We’re looking for someone who can identify the strategic direction brands should take in the digital space, working across automotive, technology, gaming and sports brands, both in China and globally.

Role & Responsibilities 

  • You’ll lead a team of successful senior, mid and junior level strategists.

  • You’ll set direction and priorities for the strategy team on a daily basis.

  • You’ll liaise and establish best practices with other strategy teams across the region, working closely with our Singapore office in particular, as well as with our capability experts across the world.

  • You’ll play a central role in pitching for new projects and clients and inspiring prospects with your strategic POV.

  • You’ll lead the strategic work across our existing clients together with your team and identify growth opportunities for the brands we work with.

  • You’ll help establish the strategic foundation for creative/brand/IMC campaigns, digital/social engagements, as well as experience/innovation work.

  • You’ll deliver strategic work for the China market as well as for Global/Outbound markets for Chinese brands going global.

  • Based on in-depth qualitative and quantitative research, you uncover insights and define the strategic proposition and creative brief that allows our creative teams to excel, laying the groundwork on which successful projects can be built. 

  • Validating insights and ideas at every turn, you help to ensure the solutions we develop impact the client’s business in the best possible way.

  • You’ll be part of the local extended leadership team and help inform the strategic direction of the agency.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 12+ years experience developing strategy on behalf of high-profile brands focused on both China and global markets.

  • You have successfully played a central role in pitching for new projects with a proven pitch win rate.

  • You have a proven track record in strategically growing existing clients.

  • You have extensive experience working across brand, communication, digital and social strategy. 

  • You can quickly grasp brands’ brand and digital business objectives and how to unlock growth for our clients. You don’t just know where to go but also why, and how to get there. 

  • You’re capable when it comes to presenting and selling strategy to A-list clients, up to the C-level. 

  • In-depth automotive industry experience is a must-have, while technology, gaming and lifestyle industry experience are nice to haves.

  • Last but not least, you’re a joy to work with: you’re great with clients and coworkers alike and know how to inspire teams to go the extra mile. 

  • Report to: Managing Director, China
