职位描述 Job Description

岗位职责：
1、善于评估分析客户需求，设计解决方案，完成策划建议。
2、根据项目各类需求，独立撰写具有可行性的项目网络推广策方案，包括撰写完整的项目策略方案、活动策划及推广方案、细化执行方案等；
3、根据执行计划安排执行排期和监控，指导执行工作、整理执行回馈报告；
4、定时跟客户及各开发团队合作及沟通，要协调并能整合各方的能力；
5、协助提案， 理解在线媒介的解决方案及需要，协助客户达成具体目标；
6、项目结束，进行总结报告撰写。根据客户定制CMS以及模块开发

任职要求：
1、熟悉微信、微博、支付宝等各网络媒体活动规则，具备恰如其分的文字功底及表现能力；
2、具备极强的网络营销策划、活动推广、提案、沟通能力，极强的工作责任心，熟悉英语和普通话；
3、熟悉相关网络语言和网络市场概念，熟悉并掌握网络营销渠道资源或一般项目的开发流程；
4、熟练使用PowerPoint，Excel和Word及项目管理软件并有良好的文字驾驭能力；
5、熟悉或拥有各网络CMS平台如Drupal建设、开发及整合经验者优先；
6、有数据分析、市场研究和制定可行性策划的能力；
7、7年以上网络策划或平台开发的项目管理工作相关经验；
8、本科以上学历，广告、市场营销、互联网、计算机或相关专业。

Role and Responsibilities:
Provide high standard enterprise project management
Provide consulting and business insights to clients and gain trust and respect from clients
Promote our IT services and solutions to target customers
Provide mentor-ship and leadership to the project and servicing team
Communicate effectively with creative and development team leaders and member
Manage day-to-day project activities and meetings includes, but not limited to
preparing project plan, scheduling, project documentation, project status and working
with functional teams to provide on time high quality deliverable with client satisfaction

Job Requirements:
Familiar with the Wechat, Weibo, Alipay and other online media activity rules.
University degree holder, preferably on business, I.T. or related field
Minimum 7 years of work experience in commercial field, preferably from a creative / interactive / solution agency / system integrator
Good leadership and team building skill
Excellent, interpersonal & strong communication skill
Strong client and service orientated attitude
Full understanding on I.T. related services and solutions and their implementation cycles
Hands-on approach in project coordination & production
Affinity to work in a fast paced creative environment with tight deadlines
Mature with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently
Detail-minded, self-motivated, hardworking
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Understanding of User Experience Design Modeling and Experience Design Architecture
Candidate who is familiar with or have the digital CMS platform experiences such as Drupal construction, development and integration experience is preferred.
