2026 The 9th SHIAF Awards — Entry Guide & Schedule
The Shanghai International Advertising Festival is an annual international-level advertising event hosted by the Shanghai Advertising Association and Shanghai Media Group (SMG), co-organized by the Putuo District People's Government, and guided by the Publicity Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, and China Advertising Association.
2026 The 9th SHIAF Awards are now officially open for entries.
Entry Guide
1.Participants must first log in to the official awards website at https://shiaf.com.cn/entry/ to submit their entries. Download and carefully read the Entry Guide, then complete the account registration process. For any inquiries regarding the competition rules, please contact the event staff for consultation.
2. Select your preferred competition category and language track (Chinese or English) based on your submission requirements.
3. Follow the online instructions to fill in the entry information, upload your work and related materials. Prepare submission assets including images, videos, audio files, and PDFs, ensuring the total file size does not exceed 200MB. Carefully verify that all submitted materials comply with the official rules. Once confirmed, complete the final submission before the entry deadline.
Schedule
March 27th: Entry and judge nomination channels officially open
July: Shortlisting and final judging phases
Late August: Shortlist announcement
End of August: Awards ceremony
Competition Information
Entries for 2026 the 9th SHIAF Awards must be campaigns implemented between January 1, 2025 and July 1, 2026. The Chinese and English tracks are set up separately and judged independently. Winners of tiered awards (Grand Prix, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Finalist) will receive custom trophies and certificates to crown their creative excellence.
Entry fees remain consistent with previous years. The submission period is divided into three phases:
