Data Strategists

1）The day-to-day data people who will partner the Strategic Planning Directors.  

2) Need many of the same talents as the Business Intelligence Lead but will have less experience and be more focussed on specific brands and categories rather than the overall approach to data.  

3)  Day-to-day basis with Media teams, Mars Inc, Planners and Strategists to help develop data-based insights, help build customer journeys and help build ideas that put data at the heart of our thinking. 

4）Understand brand tonality and deliver work that is on brand.

5) Work with the team and be proactive

6) Be able to communicate in English
