Main Responsibilities

Own TVC/Social video/Video editing/Radio Recoding/Print project /Print retouching on agency side and oversee the delivery of numbers of external production projects through the entire development

Provide production SOW and quotation, follow financial process from initial bidding to final settlement

Plan production with creatives, review and provide feedback on deliverables (e.g. milestone review, production plan with roadmap alignment, budget tracking, onsite &technical support, production timeline control)

Work with multi-national partners to identify risks, technical requirements and feasibility from suppliers; Aligning with project delivery plan in order to specific/regional market needs

Understand Creative’s vision, accurately conveying feedback to both production partners and account teams, to meet client’s needs

Have knowledge of post work and production houses in China; Supervise projects in post-production stage; ensure schedule and deliverables are within schedule and achieve standard

Capabilities

Well organized; with the ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills

Preferably with 10 years’ experience

Active thinking, good communication skills, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility

Good written/oral English and Chinese

With shooting experience
