1. 2-3 people's executive team management, performance development and control; team executive ability training and assessment;
2. Have the ability to maintain existing clients and provide professional marketing consulting for the clients and extend more project cooperation;
3. Finalize project profit and cost, preliminary judgment of legal process; control project progress and quality;
4. Have the bility to develop effective solutions and landing strategies for brand needs and promotion of communication goals, including but not limited to digital marketing, e-commerce operations, social media communication and interaction, word-of-mouth marketing, brand digital construction, etc.;
5. Have the ability to write and present project proposals indepently.
1. 5 years and above digital marketing advertising execution and team management experience, independent drafting and pitching of FMCG, fashion, sports beauty, Internet and e-commerce Campaign experience is preferred;
2. Have a certain industry insight and analysis ability, be good at analyzing consumer behavior habits and e-commerce shopping habits, formulating efficient strategies and solutions, focusing on brand business logic and market opportunities;
3. Integration and executive ability of promoting to e-commerce transition;
4. With team leadership and cohesiveness, professionalism to improve team skills; business thinking, good at exploiting brand opportunities from different angles; strong sense of responsibility, and ability to withstand stress, can be the problem solver in the first time;
5. English language communication is smooth and written translation skills are excellent;
6. Have social media resources, pan-popular IP resources, and interactive development resources is preferred.
