Responsibilities:
Establishes, manages and cultivates strong client relationships.
Manages client expectations and exceeds them.
Partners with planning team and creative team to determine strategic direction and tone for the account.
Identifies short term and long term opportunities to foster growth of business
Develops and negotiates staffing plans based on scope of work
Monitors and manages staff development, career paths, reviews and hiring
Manages revenue and profitability of accounts and contributes to overall agency profitability
Responsible for leading the team
Keeps abreast of current trends within relationship marketing and client category and the latest technological advances
Requirements:
6 years’ experience in a digital account management role. 4A advertising company experience is a plus.
Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner, with use of good judgment.
Must be extremely organized, detailed and accurate.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment, working well under pressure juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Proactive, self-starter who can work as part of a team primarily and independently when needed.
Highly skilled in building and managing project schedules and timelines.
Ability to oversee programs through project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables is met on time.
Experienced in providing solution oriented problem-solving approach.
