Creative Lead

Responsibilities：

1. Explore ways of proposals using a combination of creative and analytic tools. Lead team to develop and test hypotheses.

2. Create compelling value propositions for consumers and clients. Be involved in all aspects of the design consultancy projects: research, inspiration gathering, brainstorm, strategy defining, concept development, prototyping etc..

3. Lead business teams through all phases of project work including alignment with client, understanding context, developing insights and idea, exploring and defining opportunities, creating actionable/tangible design expressions, and helping clients go to market.

4. Mentor seamlessly with people come from diverse backgrounds to tackle complex challenge when they look to you for guidance and expertise in their development

Relevant Experience And Mindset

·       Business & Strategy: you are a strategic thinker, always trying to connect the dots between business, consumers and how design can make impacts.

·       Diverse background: you have been in the creative industry for minimum 8 years, and have worked on a variety of industries and projects, preferably had experience in different industry markets.

·       Consultancy: you had minimum 3 years of experience leading teams or projects, as well as being on client-facing and consultative roles.

·       Culture: you are comfortable working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment and comfortable with non- hierarchical organizations.

·       Language: you are fluent in both Mandarin and English.
