1. 带领团队负责日常的媒介服务工作。

2. 拥有丰富的媒介资源，独立完成高质量的社交媒体营销策划方案、执行管理、媒介效果评估分析；

3. 深入理解客户的营销需求，主导现场提案；

4. 能够高效开发和管理媒体资源，维护媒体关系，与媒体建立长期稳定的合作关系；

5. 熟悉社交平台的玩法，有效利用资源的传播价值，进行传播形式创新；

6. 有效管理和控制媒体发布成本；

Job description

1. Lead the team to be responsible for daily media services.

2. Have broad media resources, independently complete high-quality social media marketing planning scheme. Being able to manage media effect evaluation and analysis;

3. Deeply understand the marketing needs of customers, and lead presentation;

4. Be able to reasonably and legally develop and manage media resources, maintain media relations, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with media;

5. Be understand with the using methods of social media platforms, make effective use of the communication value of resources, and innovate communication forms;

6. Effectively manage and control the cost of media release.

*具有10年相关工作经验。

*具有较强的市场传播和社会化媒体商业头脑。

*杰出的演讲和人际交流能力。

*杰出的领导能力，是团队合作者。

*能够管理激发媒介策划、创意团队及客户。

*具有高端消费品品牌或汽车品牌的经验者优先。

*具有丰富的社交媒体知识者优先。

 Requirements:

*Proficiency in verbal and written bilingual English communication.

*At lead 10 years related working experience.

*Confident, self-motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, spontaneous.

*Strong sense in marketing communication and social media business acumen.

*Outstanding presentation and inter-personal communication skills.

*Outstanding leadership, be a team player.

*Being able to manage and motivate media planners, creative, and clients.

*Experience with premium consumer brands or automobile brands is a plus.

*Being resourceful in social media is a plus.
