创意总监 Creative Director

该职位需要应聘者有较强的创思思路，并通过有趣和具有启发性的角度提供有效的创意方案。能够充分理解客户需求并进行创意构思及呈现创意概念，并能够与客户部及艺术设计部共同合作完成提案（包括但不限于准备方案，mockup，创意展示等），在必要时可与客户清晰阐述创意观点。具备指导创意资源整合和创作内容的经验，同时具备管理和指导项目从创意到产出最终成品的全过程。以便为客户最好的呈现创意并实现目标。若应聘者在摄影、视频、动画、平面设计和插图方面有直接执行动手能力将会优先考虑。(因为我们时长要撸起袖子自己上)。除此之外，也可协助完成在线杂志的内容拍摄需求。并为寻找新客户提供有效的配合。

Applicants need to be inspired storytellers with an interesting perspective on the world. They need to be able to look at a client brief and:

1) develop creative concepts and big ideas that address clients' challenges and objectives

2) work with account and art teams to articulate those concepts and ideas in clients communication (proposals, presentations, mock-ups, etc.),;

3) oversee creative excellence throughout the production / execution process.

Applicants need experience in directing creative resources and creating content to actualize projects for clients. Direct personal creation experience in photography, videography, animation, graphic design, and illustration is a preferred plus (bc sometimes, we need to roll up our sleeves and do it ourselves.)
